Nesting
The technological tool we offer for our whole machine inventory (plasma, HD plasma, oxy-fuel, 5-axis water jet, 3D water jet) is the manual or automatic NESTING of pieces, which makes full use of the potential of the machinery operating during the programming phase by placing the pieces in such a way as to make the best use of the sheet, avoiding wastage of time and material:
- NESTING is an irreplaceable application in the various fields of machining and is used to automatically arrange the pieces to be obtained on the metal sheets.
- It arranges them in an ordered manner by fitting together a countless series of shapes, saving material and time. The pieces to be nested can be any shape.
- The Bonomi company provides users with a set of tools that allow them to place the outlines by simply selecting the area.
- Given the versatility of the software, it is possible to recover scraps by simply drawing the piece to be recovered.
